Playtika Holding Corp., its executives, and underwriters for its initial public offering will no longer face allegations that they concealed from investors changes to Slotomania and Bingo Blitz, two of the company’s most popular mobile casino games, after a federal judge dismissed the case.
Judge Rachel P. Kovner ruled that Playtika shareholders failed to adequately allege that the company needed to disclose it was altering the popular games, which typically generated more than half of the company’s revenue through in-game purchases, according to the order filed Monday in US District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
