Tramore’s Jack Hearn will take a one shot lead into the final round of the Men’s European Nations Championship while Ireland also lead the team event.

Hearn, Sean Keeling, Matt McClean and Hugh Foley are all chasing gold medals while Hearn is hunting a European double.

Hearn leads on five-under-par after rounds of 70, 70 and 71 and the Maynooth University student has helped Ireland open a four shot lead over Wales on one-over-par.

Sean Keeling is six shots behind Hearn on one-over after rounds of 72, 69 and 76 with McClean back in T28 on eight-over.

Royal Dublin’s Foley is on eleven-over.
