Europe’s top dribblers this season include Barcelona’s Lamine Yamal and AC Milan’s Rafael Leao. Celje will face Betis’ dribbling ace Abde Ezzalzouli on Thursday.
So far this season, the player with the most successful dribbles in Europe’s top five leagues is none other than Barcelona’s wonderkid Lamine Yamal. The young star has completed 53 dribbles, although his success rate of 43% is lower than some of his competitors, including his closest challenger, Rafael Leao of AC Milan.
Leao has completed 50 dribbles with an impressive success rate of 69%, making him one of the most efficient dribblers in Europe. Among the top ten, another standout is Abde Ezzalzouli, who ranks ninth and will be one of Real Betis’ main weapons when they face Celje in the Europa Conference League on Thursday.
Known simply as Abde in Spain, the left winger developed at La Masia and even made his debut for Barcelona’s senior team under coach Xavi. This season, Abde has scored four goals in 16 appearances across all competitions, showcasing his ability to impact games both as a scorer and a dribbler.
