An Irish hotel has scooped up yet another prestigious honour after being named the Best Resort In Europe in the Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards for the third consecutive year.
Over a half million readers voted for their favourite hotel on the continent, with Adare Manor in Limerick coming out on top as the reigning champion.
The Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards are the longest-running and most prestigious awards recognising excellence in the travel industry.
Established in 1998, they are voted on by hundreds of thousands of discerning world travellers, with nominations marked on a variety of criteria, including service, food, and atmosphere.
‘To be named Best Resort in Europe for the third consecutive year is an extraordinary honour’, said Brendan O’Connor, Adare Manor‘s General Manager.
He continued: ‘This recognition means so much to us, as it reflects the opinions of the most important people to all of us at Adare Manor — our guests. Their continued support is the ultimate testament to the passion and commitment of our entire team, across all departments.
‘We are privileged to be in such esteemed company and to be recognised in this way for creating memorable experiences that exceed expectations. This award not only celebrates the unique nature of Adare Manor but also underscores the heart and dedication that every member of our team brings to our guests’ experience.’
The resort boasts a range of opulent amenities, from Michelin-starred dining at The Oak Room to the Tom Fazio-designed championship golf course and Ireland’s only 111SKIN Spa.
The five-star resort has long attracted throngs of A-List celebrities to the small Limerick village. Most recently, Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones stopped by to play golf while celebrating their joint birthday in Ireland last week.
So if you are planning a visit to the esteemed resort, you won’t just receive European-class treatment, you may also bump into a famous face or two!
