Porto’s Rodrigo Mora, just 17 years old, is dazzling with his technical brilliance and performances, while top European clubs circle around the Portuguese wonderkid.
Rodrigo Mora, a 17-year-old midfielder, is the new rising star of FC Porto and the Portuguese league. In the recent Porto derby against Boavista, the young talent stole the show as Porto triumphed with a commanding 4-0 victory, further cementing their position at the top of the league.
Mora, standing at just 168 cm, has already made a significant impact in his first season in the Primeira Liga. In seven league appearances, he has contributed three goals and three assists, and he has also featured in two Europa League matches. Known for his exceptional technical skills, game intelligence, and spatial awareness, Mora continues to impress fans and scouts alike.
Despite his young age, Mora is already on the radar of top European clubs. His performances have not gone unnoticed, especially as he represents Portugal’s U21 national team. However, any potential suitor will have to meet his substantial €60 million release clause, making him a significant investment.
Mora isn’t the only young talent making waves at Porto. Samu, a 20-year-old Spaniard, also starred in the match, scoring two goals to take his tally to an impressive 13 goals in 13 league matches. With such form, Samu is positioning himself as Porto’s next big sale, further emphasizing the club’s reputation for developing world-class talent.
