With the transfer window already closed, Adrien Rabiot (29) is seemingly no longer to finding a new club. The Frenchman has been a free agent ever since his contract with Juventus expired earlier in the summer.
Wage demands are seemingly an issue, as are the Frenchman’s expectations for his new project. Thus far, much of the interest in Rabiot has come from Turkey, and specifically Galatasaray. However, he is not open to moving to the Turkish top flight, and according to Fabrizio Romano, he is not open to a move to Saudi Arabia either.
Amid interest from the Gulf State, Rabiot has restated his desire to continue to compete in one of Europe’s top five leagues. This remains his priority. It is a situation that the former Juventus midfielder will be looking to resolve soon. As a result of his current situation, he was left out of Didier Deschamps’ most recent France squad and it is only by resolving his club future that he will be able to reintegrate the international set-up.
