Bringing together over 500 industry pioneers, The European Coffee & Hospitality Awards were co-hosted by Allegra Group CEO and founder, Jeffrey Young, and Allegra’s Head of Events, Ludovic Rossignol. Marking 15 years since the very first European Coffee Symposium, the newly revamped awards recognised the industry pioneers, visionaries and innovators driving the coffee and hospitality sectors forward across Europe.
“Tonight, we’re not just celebrating excellence – we’re marking a bold new era for our industry,” said Jeffrey Young, emphasising the industry-wide impact of this year’s expanded awards programme.

The COHO’s Top 100 list was also unveiled, honouring Europe’s most influential coffee and hospitality brands. Compiled by Allegra Group, the list recognises excellence across a diverse range of categories, from coffee shops and bakeries to coffee roasters and equipment manufacturers. It was built on thousands of peer nominations from Allegra’s extensive industry network and received an impressive 6,000 votes in 2024 alone – four times the number received in the previous year.
